Dear JessIn two weeks' time we
will be back into harvesting and this year we have a bumper crop! We have
really started to see the benefits of our soil
nutrition programme which has meant a favourable flowering and fruit
set and the trees are now laden with quality fruit. We can't wait
for pressing to begin as we have a new product about to launch, Fennel
Infused Olive Oil! We trialled this oil at The Farmers Market and it
is already proving to be a huge hit. Available next month, the new oil is
great with Mediterranean dishes and pairs exceptionally well with pork and
fish. Don't forget.... next month we will be at the Wellington
Food Show, Westpac Stadium, 14th - 16th May. We
